Board of Trustees

Members present: Rusty Dyer—President& Treasure, Leonard Bloom—Secretary, Jim Gearhart and Karen Pharr w/Hiett & Associates Property Management
Board members absent: Ed Welz, John Hjalmquist

Meeting time 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM

The meeting was called to order by Rusty.

Board continued to discuss the sheds at 629 Wild Willow (Dr.Gupta) and 533 Willow Glen (Mr.Makovec). Karen to check Willows files for any other documentation or communication on these properties. Karen to seek input from legal counsel to help define the board’s position with these two properties. Do we consider imposing fines?

Resident at 645 Wild Willow (Mr. Binko) has 60 days remaining to remove his shed.

The May meeting minutes were approved with no changes.

Reviewed financial position for May, no exceptions were noted.

Discussed the accounts receivable for May. Several residents are late with payments, some payments are late by 60 days or more. Board decided not to waive attorney fees for resident at 738 Willow Glen. Resident had requested the board waive attorney fees.

Landscaping

Jodie Hoover with Accent should be at the next meeting. Advise the board on Tree replacement plans, landscape plans for tips and general update for sprinkler repairs.

Rusty reminded everyone he is accepting help with preparing the next newsletter.

Next meeting July 6th at 6:30 PM, 645 Wild Willow.
